100+ year old chip dip

450 gram or 1 lb block Velveeta cheese (similar to American Cheese) - room temp for easier mixing
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/2 cup sweet green relish
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp HP sauce
1/8 cup diced raw onion
1 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce

Mix all ingredients together, refrigerate and then enjoy with rippled potato chips (crisps)

Spinach and Artichoke Dip

3 - 250 gram blocks of cream cheese - room temp for easier mixing
1 can of artichoke hearts
1 jar of roasted red bell peppers (equivalent to 2 roasted red bell peppers)
250 grams frozen spinach

Cream, cream cheese add diced artichoke hearts and roasted red peppers. Add spinach. Mix until blended.
Put in an oven proof casserole, top with grated cheese, heat until hot.

Serve with sliced baguette or tortilla chips.
