This weekend we bring you a bit of New Orleans flair featuring Cajun and Creole commercials. Well, at least those words are used in the commercials and came up in our search tool. I mean, nothing says authentic than TGI Fridays... right?!
Adverse Archive is devoted to the capitalistic metaverse that is advertising: commercials! I've collected a couple hundred taped off TV VHS tapes and am slowly going through them extracting out the commercials and building an archive of Americana advertisements and pop culture references. I've developed my own software to extract and edit the files from the VHS conversions. This channel will feature a regular stream of quaint discoveries.
