We visit The Malayan Council, a halal buffet restaurant located in the Fullerton Waterboat House.

The historic building sits right by the scenic Singapore River, and The Malayan Council allows its diners to enjoy the view through full-height glass panels along the entire perimeter wall of the restaurant.

There is currently a special offer in conjunction with their 10th anniversary celebration: 1-for-1 all-day buffet from only S$24.00++ per adult (please goto 24:00 for the price menu).
