The 2024 Dodge Demon 170 ($96,666 starting in the US, $130,890 starting in Canada) is the fastest, most powerful, most baddest version of a Hellcat ever. It’s been set up from the factory to be a 1025 hp drag-racing king, with a claimed 0-60 mph time of just 1.66 seconds on a prepped surface. The Demon 170 also even received an NHRA “ban” for running a sub nine second quarter mile without a roll cage or parachute. But with major changes to the engine, suspension, and drive train, and with big Mickey Thompson drag radials, how does it drive on the road?
