We had a public holiday this last Wednesday for Buddha’s Birthday (and also it was the Cheung Chao Bun Festival!). I was walking around Causeway Bay and it seemed like a really beautiful day so I decided to take a video. Luckily I randomly ran into this event in Victoria Park, I had no idea it was happening!
