We are about done with the manual swap for this 1996 240sx, we just wanted to point out some steps.
This is by no means a complete guide, but there are plenty of those out there. This was just ment to clarify some steps that i felt were not given very well in most videos.
One of these steps were the wiring guides. Yes you can make your own harness/ chop up of oem one. Since we where doing a swap we thought it would be best to just start fresh with a new harness. It was a plug and play harness so no hacking needed and its brand new compared to the 20 year old harness.
Optional step is to get a manual ECU for the swap so you dont get any check engine lights, rough idling, and can pass smog check.
