Nagsalita na si Palace Press Officer Claire Castro tungkol sa pagbitiw ni dating DPWH Secretary Rogelio Singson bilang commissioner ng Independent Commission on Infrastructure dahil sa kanyang kalusugan.
Ayon kay Castro, hindi totoo na tuluyan nang mawawala ang ICI dahil marami pa rin magagaling at magigiting na namumuno dito. Dagdag niya, plano rin ni Singson na tulungan si DPWH Secretary Vince Dizon na maisakatuparan ang isang 18 major river system masterplan.
