Visit to Crewe in Cheshire at two locations
Crewe T.M.D. (E) & Crewe DRS Gresty Bridge depot.
Location 1 - Crewe DRS Gresty Bridge Depot
Home fleet is now only Class 57, 68 & 88’s unfortunately no tractors !!
Newly painted 68007 moved off depot on this day on a trip over to Stoke Marcroft Engineering. So missed opportunity….
Location 2 - DB Cargo Crewe TM.D. (E)
Mixture of traction visit including Class 67, 66, 92’s & TFW units. Still abandoned locos around the depot including 60082 which is the last of its class to be moved at some point of its life. Class 90’s are stored with some being moved on to Freightliner and LSL
