Week 2 of The Three Rivers pantry challenge.
It’s been fun working through the pantry and coming up with yummy foods and recipes we might otherwise never try.
I’ve always loved using leftovers but this takes it to a whole new level.
Using up what you have in the fridge and seeing what you have in the pantry to add to it.
Having a large family we’ve always cooked from scratch so this is right up my alley.
Some if these dishes we do make but some are new and it inspires me to become quite creative.
If you have never tried this before staying away from the grocery store and using what you might have stored up so if doesn’t expire I highly recommend it, it’s a way to rotate foods use what needs using and have fun saving money while your at it.
