WHAT IS AN EICR?- Electrical Installation Condition Report - Are my home electrics SAFE?

If you are buying a new home, looking to have your consumer unit changed or an extension built an electrician may suggest you have your home electrics tested.

The electrician's term for this will be and EICR report - Electrical Installation Condition Report.

In this video, Joe Robinson looks at EICR testing and the advantages of having one to check the safety of your home electrics. An EICR can identify electrical faults before any major works and avoid nasty surprises.
