Since 2025, navigating the finance and accounting job market—specifically here in Michigan—has felt like an impossible game. When 100 people apply for one role and only the top 10% get an interview, even the 'outstanding' are left behind.

It’s easy to feel like nothing more than a 'variable in a spreadsheet'—average, replaceable, and D-Tier in a system that wasn't built for you.
