Marry Me Chicken Soup really did live up to its name. I LOVED it! So simple yet so flavorful! This made me 12 freeze dried MRE meals to add to my year supply of food I am building. This is one you need to make!
MARRY ME CHICKEN:
2-3 chicken breasts
1tsp salt & papper (to taste)
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes
1/2 cup sun dried tomatoes
1 carton chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 box ditalini pasta (cooked)
Add all ingredients but save the cream, cheese & pasta for last 30 minutes of cook time. Cook on high for 3-4 hours in crockpot or low for 6 hours, Shred chicken and return to crockpot when you add the cream, cheese & pasta.
