The Bastinelli Mako is a hybrid karambit knife designed by Bastien Coves and Doug Marcaida. Bastien is a French knife designer who has many years of blade making experience. You can find his designs in movies, tv shows, and special operations units around the world.
Doug Marcaida is a talented martial artist and judge on histories, Forged In Fire. Together they created the Mako folder which has a wave deploy opening system from Bram Frank and reverse karambit edge making for a great everyday carry blade.
