🥄 Ingredients You'll Need:
Protein + Fat
2 lbs ground turkey
3 tbsp olive oil
Broth
12 cups chicken or vegetable broth
Vegetables
6 cups cabbage, chopped
24 baby carrots
5 celery stalks, sliced
1 medium-green zucchini, chopped
3 14oz cans diced tomatoes
Seasonings
2½ tsp garlic purée
1½ tbsp ground onion soup mix
¾ tsp dried oregano
1½ tsp Italian seasoning (replaces basil)
¼ tsp black pepper
Salt and pepper to taste before you dig in
