Vietnam is a popular backpacking destination but my friend Elena and I were curious about local life off the tourist crowds. The Central Highlands inhabit a number of minority groups and is especially famous for their Rong houses. Which is a place for community gatherings in the village. As we ventured out into this beautiful region we met the most wonderful locals and even though there was a language barrier the hospitality was one of a kind!
