There are so many different ways you can use rhubarb. Most popular are Strawberry Rhubarb Pie, Rhubarb crumbs, Rhubarb Jam, etc. My favorites are Rhubarb Juice and adding rhubarb to my cooked dishes such as stew, curry dishes, and soups.
Rhubarb is a very easy to grow plant in your backyard. It comes back every year. I personally do not give it any specific care and it still gives me enough to juice many times, make pie and freeze them for use in my stews and curry dishes over the winter.
