अमेरिका के शहर न्यूयार्क का नया मेयर चुन लिया गया है। ट्रंप के विरोध के बावजूद ममदानी चुनाव जीत गया । इससे अमेरिका सहित दुनिया भर के इस्लामी जिहादियों और कम्युनिस्टों में ख़ुशी की लहर है। उन्हें लग रहा है कि ममदानी की जीत जनतंत्र की जीत है । इन लोगों को लगता है इनके वैचारिक विरोधियों की चुनाव में जीत जनतंत्र की हार है। मजे की बात यह है कि जहां भी इस्लाम या वामपंथियों का राज है वहाँ जनतंत्र नहीं नहीं है। वास्तव में यह वर्ग जनतंत्र का विरोधी है। इसलिए जहां भी सरकारें जनतांत्रिक ढंग से चुनी जाती हैं, ये उनके विरोधी हो जाते हैं। ये सब हिंदुत्व के भी घोर विरोधी हैं। विरोध ही नहीं ये नफ़रत करते हैं।
