Dedicated fixture tables are expensive and so are all the clamps! So I'm always looking for ways to save a buck when setting up a new welding station. I found a way to save at least $6 per clamp and increase quality by using my chop saw, mig welder and some elbow grease. It does not require a whole lot of welding skills because you can just grind it down at the end, having your welding machine set to a high heat setting will help these hold up over the years.
