Approximately around 11:43pm the Bakersfield Police Department responded o reports of a vehicle versus motorcycle on Wilson & Bladen street. The victim riding the motorcycle was transported o a nearby hospital suffering with major injuries. BPD is currently on scene handling the investigation both west and eastbound of traffic is shutdown.
The driver of the vehicle stayed on scene and is cooperating.
