So in April 2017 we visited Thorpe Park. After quite a few rides broke down that day, I got stuck on Derren Brown's Ghost Train, with many others, for approx 1 hour.
Luckily (or unluckily depending how you look at it) I whipped out my phone and recorded what happened.
It was soooo hot on there. The air conditioning stopped, so the Underground Train was like an oven.
If you ever get stuck like this on the ride, I would recommend asking to get off the ride, so you don't waste an hour of your life, and time in the park.
Once I did get off the ride, they then did another little gimmick that is part of the ride (I won't spoil it), but most people were not in the mood for it.
Not sure if anyone re-rode the ride (it was the last ride of the day). I certainly didn't. Never again :(
