At the SETT in Montpellier, for the Conversazioni @ Camping Business series, we spoke with Philippe Bruté de Rémur (Septeo Hospitality) and Gersende Merigot de Treigny (Qualitelis) about Ulysses Suite, the new platform for managing European campsites, and the integration of artificial intelligence.
Ulysses Suite offers a PMS, a booking engine, and advanced tools to enhance operational efficiency and business development. Qualitelis’ AI allows campsites to manage reviews, analyse guest sentiment, and use multilingual callbots and chatbots for faster, more personalised interactions.
The platform also enables monitoring of market trends and optimisation of pricing strategies through tools such as Revenue Pilot, helping campsites to maximise revenue potential.
According to Septeo, 2025 has been a positive year for the sector, with an average increase of 4% in bookings.
