In this video we will able to understand about Sum formula and its successor formula i.e Sumif() and Sumifs(). How to use sum, sumif and sumifs in excel. what is the way of using Sum, Sumif and Sumifs function/formula in excel. where we can apply sum formula, where we can apply sumif() formula and where we can use Sumifs() formula. What is the difference between Sum(), Sumif() and SumIFS(). Which one best to use for sum of specific range based on multiple conditions.
Suppose if we want to sum of the sales numbers based on their Age group, Their Sales cites and specific product category then Sumifs() is the best option to do the same. We also use Pivot table option but pivot table needs refresh every time whenever you do changes. but this formula doesn't. Because sometime we are in Hurry and forget to refresh the pivot table then wrong data can be presented to the management and that causes wrong decision can be taken which is not good for business health as well as your personal growth.
