The Gerber Quadrant bamboo knife with its sheepsfoot blade is a nice little EDC for around $35. This little knife is very handy for slicing food such as bread and cheese and would be a good little rescue knife as it will slip under clothes without hurting the person you’re trying to rescue. This would be a great little knife for cutting someone out of a seat belt as well. The blade is 2.7 inches long and it has a very strong pocket clip on it. For the money it’s a pretty impressive little carry knife.
