An old chapter ends with the old Elvis Presley estate at 845 W Chino Canyon in Palm Springs, California and the previous owner/operator, Reno Fontana. In late January 2013, Reno Fontana and his family were evicted from this Elvis home after nearly nine years. A legal battle, initiated by Reno Fontana in Riverside County is nearing completion and may inevitably begin a new chapter and ownership by the current mortgage holder. Stay tuned, I will update this information right here as legal proceedings conclude (last week of July 2013 ruling should be released by Riverside County Court in Riverside, California).
Some rarely seen footage shot by me in February 2012 hanging out with Reno Fontana at the former home that Elvis owned from 1970 until after his death in 1977. With previously seen footage shot by me in February 2013 after the eviction and foreclosure.
