Sourdough Scones with Almonds & Dried Fruits

165 grams (¾ cups) Heavy Cream
100 grams ( ⅓ cup) Sourdough Starter
5 grams (½ tsp) Sea Salt
50 grams (¼ cup) Brown Sugar
100 grams (¼ cup + 3 tbsps) Butter
100 grams (1 cup) Roughly Chopped Almonds
100 grams (½ cup) Dried Fruits

Toppings
1/8 cup Heavy Cream
1/4 cup Turbinado Sugar

Lemon Glaze
Zest of a medium lemon
⅛ of a cup of lemon juice
¾ cups of confectioners sugar
