This is how I work the Italian bind-off. I like to understand what is going on in my knitting and I tried to explain it in this video so that you can "see" and understand what you are doing.
This bind-off is suitable for 1x1 rib worked in the round. In this video it is assumed that the first stitch of the round is a knit stitch.
