🚗 Our First Time Driving the Mustang… and Things Got a Little Horny! 🔊😂

After two years of wrenching, I finally got the Foxbody Mustang on the road for its very first test drive—and let’s just say, it didn’t go quite as planned. 😆

The video kicks off with me convincing Donita to hop in, and she immediately jokes, "Wow, it's almost like a real car!" We both laugh, but little did we know what was coming next…

🔥 Loud and Rowdy: The cammed 306 V8 is running open headers, I grab the key, fire it up, it's rumbling LOUD! We start making our way out of the garage.
📢 Horn Gone Wild: Every time I turn the wheel just right, the horn randomly starts blaring! We’re cracking up as it keeps honking in sync with the car bucking down the road.
🛑 Brakes? Not Great…: As we hit the first stop sign, I realize the brakes don’t feel right. We press on a little further, but something isn’t sitting well, so we call it and head back—horn tooting the whole way.
🏠 Back to the Garage: The Mustang makes it home, and I turn to Donita and say, "Well, we still got some work to do… BUT I finally drove it!"

This has been a long time coming, and despite the hilarious issues, it feels incredible to have the Foxbody Mustang moving under its own power. Plenty more Mustang restoration, upgrades, and first drives to come!
