This Specialized S-Works mountain bike was once top-of-the-line—but today, it’s outdated and no longer relevant as a serious MTB.
Instead of letting it fade away, I decided to give it a second life.
In this video, I take an old S-Works frame and transform it into a clean, reliable custom city cruiser—built for comfort, simplicity, and everyday riding. No hype, no unnecessary upgrades—just a thoughtful rebuild that makes sense in today’s urban riding world.
