Hi all, Payday happened so here we have a complete tube roller bender.
Pretty happy with the results now and this gives me a whole other day of designing and making custom welded tube formed parts.
Had a few suggestions of using a drill, not needed, not in a rush and you have to be careful when the tube wants to pop out of the former. The handle takes no time at all. To roll this ring was less than 10 minutes and i was moving the camera all around. Easy enough with the bar and i can feel when to much or to little pressure is on the tube.
Like any tube bender, i was not the first to make one! this is inspired by some larger industrial units and the super cheap Chinese bought machines bought from ebay but with a bit of a twist, (literally!).
