Lavaredo Ultra Trail 2023

Join Simon and me on our journey of 120 km through the Dolomites.

In late fall 2022, both of us were drawn from the ticket-lottery and got our chance to run the Lavaredo Ultra Trail. Simon designed a seven-month-long training plan that got us ready to tackle the "LUT" on June 23rd, 2023.

Even though both of us had some downs and had to fight hard, we somehow completed the 120 km loop around Cortina d'Ampezzo with 5800 m of elevation gain. Despite all the pain and exhaustion, we had a memorable day in the mountains that will last in our heads.
