September 2021 - Calgary Real Estate Market Update

After a crazy start to 2021, the real estate market is continuing to shift towards more balanced conditions.

It is in part due to the fact that we have not experienced the incredible booms that other markets across Canada have recently experienced - this is because we are still recovering from an incredible bust. Most of us still remember and are unlikely to forget the real estate correction of 2014 and 2015.
