Creality K1 - Bed Leveling with Pliers!

Every day I see questions regarding the bed level on these Creality K1 machines. Although an explanation helps, having a visual guide has always been a preferred method of learning for me, personally.
With that in mind, it was time to reveal my favorite approach to limiting the range that is to be expected from such a thin bed.
Although the factory 3mm bed provides a drastic variation in range with a variety of bed leveling methods available, I decided to dedicate the time to showing the "belt tooth skipping" method.
This method provides rapid results, without removing panels, belts or requiring printed shims and an installation process that requires further calibration.
This method is one of many, but it is my personal preference due to overall convenience. Feel free to find what works best for you and go with it!
All you'll need is a set of pliers, 10 minutes of time, a few easy adjustments and the necessary bed mesh calibration procedures to follow.
Note: To prevent damage (more so, cosmetic) on the leadscrew couplers, feel free to protect them with a cloth prior to grabbing each with pliers.
Important: Do NOT make adjustments with pliers to the rear leadscrew. This is your set position, and your goal is to achieve a similar adjustment/level on the front two leadscrews.
If you enjoyed this video, if it helped produce better bed mesh results or simply want to see me cover videos beyond the Creality K1 (which is something that I would love to do), feel free to show some support with a small donation in the Ko-fi link below!

Donations allow me to expand the horizons on the machines, products and projects that I cover and are specifically intended for the benefit of the 3D printing community.
Thanks for stopping by and I look forward to seeing you in the next one!
