Approached by a steep western descent, the home reveals itself gradually through staggered entrances that gently negotiate the slope.
What begins as a discreet profile soon opens into a breathtaking panorama, where clear glazing frames monolithic hill views and a natural-stone deck cascades into a lush, tropical hillock edged in Madurai Gold.

On the first floor, architecture and terrain intertwine more intimately. Both bedrooms extend onto balconies that drink in the surrounding wilderness, while a slender bridge links them inside.
A Juliet balcony overlooks the living space below, adding a touch of quiet theatre.

With its curved brick walls, grounded stone floors, and wide openings that welcome cross-ventilation, Kanasu reads not as an imposition on the land but an extension of it—a serene, site-sensitive haven where daily life flows effortlessly into nature.
