Hey guys! It's been a bit, but happy first video of 2025!!! 🫶🏼 Though spring and warmer weather are around the corner, we still have a bit of winter ahead. So today I'm sharing all my best tips and tricks, a mindset shift, and my daily routines that help me beat the winter blues and find joy even when it's absolutely freezing out hahaha.

We are pushing through seasonal sadness together and even if you're watching this any other time of year, everything in this video completely applies for helping you get out of a rut. 🧡 Like I closed out the intro with - it may be tough, but so are.
