Baalguti is the procedure in which some raw ayurevdic medicines are rubbed on one specific stone and then this extract is given to the new born baby .
Benefits -
• Helps for the baby's normal and
healthy growth .
• Increses immunity of the baby and reduces the chances of common infections.
• Provides essential nutrients to the baby.
• Can be used as first line of treatment for common illnesses .( under guidance of ayurvedic physician )
procedure-
•Rub all the medicines on flat stone using mother milk one by one .
•collect the extract from stone surface .
•Mix this with honey .
•Give it to the baby .
Precautions -
•Maintain the hygiene of all the ingredients .
Use sterlised material for procedure .
•After using wipe off the wet surface of medicine and allow it to dry under sunlight .
•Do not use if any of the ingredients is having fungal growth on surface .
•Keep it in air tight container .
•Take the guidance of ayurvedic physician for dosage of guti.
