2022년 새롭게 시작하는 초대교회사

1991년 총신대학교 신학대학원 교회사 교수로 부임한 후 저는 세계초대교회사를 강의하기 시작해 거의 20여년 동안 이 과목을 강의했고, 1994년에는 제가 저술한 초대교회사가 한국복음주의신학회 선정 제 1회 학술대상을 받았습니다. 앞으로 제가 저술하고 오랜 강의 경험을 토대로 새로운 차원의 초대교회사 강의를 시작하려고 합니다. 오늘은 속사도시대 두번째 시간으로 속사도시대를 대표하는 로마교회 3대 감독이었던 로마의 클레멘트와 그의 서신을 살펴볼 것입니다. 사도에 속하지 않지만 사도적 권위를 지닌 로마의 클레멘트는 사도시대와 교부시대를 연결해준 결정적인 속사도 교부였습니다. 제 강의를 청취하시면 초대교회와 세계교회사를 깊이 있게 이해하는 역사적 안목이 생길 것입니다.

After being appointed as a professor of church history at the Presbyterian General Assembly Theological Seminary, Chongshin University, in 1991, I started teaching the early church history and taught this subject for nearly 20 years. In 1994, the History of the Early Church, which I wrote, was awarded the first academic award by the Korea Evangelical Theological Society. Based on my long experience in teaching and writing, I am going to start a lecture on the history of the early church at a new level. Today, as the second part of the Apostolic Age, we will look at Clement of Rome, who was the 3rd bishop of the Roman Church representing the Apostolic Age, and his letter to the Corinthian Church. Clement of Rome, who did not belong to the apostolic authority, but had apostolic authority, was the apostolic father who linked the Apostle Age with The Church Fathers Age. If you listen to my lectures, you will gain a historical perspective that will help you understand the Bible and the history of the world Christianity in depth.
