Today I'm bringing you the CENTER portion of our intermediate-advanced Disney ballet class! This includes turns, jumps, adagio, and across-the-floor combinations - all set to Disney music. You can do this on pointe OR in flat shoes! This challenging center work will test your stamina, technique, and artistry, but the Disney music brings joy to your training. Perfect for intermediate to advanced dancers ready for complex center combinations!
