Ingredients:
♡Base:
150g digestive biscuits -finely crushed
50g brown sugar
30g crushed cornflakes
1.5 Tbsp cocoa powder
90g melted butter
♡Chocolate layer:
130g dark chocolate (50-60% cocoa content)
150ml double cream-very hot
200g cream cheese
0.75 tsp cocoa powder
15 g +2 TBSP icing sugar ( depending on how bitter the chocolate is)
1-2 tsp cherry liqueur
♡White layer:
200g cream cheese
40g caster sugar
40g icing sugar
15g sour cream
1-2 tsp lemon juice
1 tsp vanilla essence
100ml double cream
110g canned pitted black cherries
♡Jelly layer:
Cherry syrup from the can - about 160 ml
6g gelatine
A few more cherries to put on top of the cheesecake
