This inner thigh yoga class targets the adductors to build strength, flexibility, balance, and stability in the lower body.
Through mindful standing work, deep stretches, and seated postures, this practice helps release tension in the hips and groin while supporting better posture and body awareness.

✔ Modifications encouraged
✔ Strap and optional weights recommended but not required
This class includes Malasana, Skandasana, Upavistha Konasana, Parivrtta Janu Sirsasana, and deep adductor-opening variations for strength and flexibility.
