The NB Air's main claim to fame includes:

Very small and compact - it weighs just under 90 grams but still provides enough useable charge to get your phone or other small devices to a useful state under most conditions
IPX7 water resistance and very lightweight - perfect for hiking
Decent output voltage and re-charging speed input
Can also charge low-current devices - this is important because some small items have a very low current draw so will sometimes fool other batteries into thinking nothing is charging.

Some of its opportunities for improvement include
The labeled capacity can be misleading unless you read carefully (says 5,000 mAh but in reality it’s about 3,300 mAh in actual use due to output voltage)
Consequently this battery overall has a relatively limited capacity - it will charge most modern phones from 50-90% ish depending on circumstances but isn't the bank to reach for when you have heavy duty charging needs.
Doesn’t have a built in charging cable which is less convenient than some other alternatives (but it pairs very well with the Nlink 10, at additional cost)
Some people may consider the lack of a USB-A port (and/or only having a single port period) a negative though this isn't relevant for folks with only USB-C devices
