Egg – 1

Cornflour – 4 tbsp

Maida (all-purpose flour) – 4 tbsp

Ginger-garlic paste – 1½ tsp

Soy sauce – 1tsp

chilli sauce 1tsp

vinegar 1tsp

green chilli sauce - 1 tsp

Black pepper powder – ½ tsp

Salt – to taste

Oil – for deep or shallow frying

Red chili sauce – 1 tbsp

Green chili sauce – 1 tsp

Tomato ketchup – 4 tbsp

Vinegar – 1 tbsp

Black pepper powder – ½ tsp

Chilli Flakes - 1tsp

Salt – as needed

Water – 1½ cups

Cornflour slurry – 2 tbsp cornflour
