In this video, we'll focus on the soothing sounds of folding and lint rolling soft, pastel-colored sweaters. I’ll be speaking softly while working with a pastel blue sweater and a pastel yellow one, creating gentle fabric sounds and calm hand movements to help you unwind. My goal is to guide you into relaxation, and perhaps even help you drift off to sleep.
