In this video I show you how to take a yardstick and make a beautiful Valentine's Day door swag. It can also be used as a garland or a centerpiece.
Materials Needed
1 yardstick
2 rolls 10 inch deco mesh
pipe cleaners
ribbon with wire
sign
Heart ornaments
Heart table scatter
Heart picks
hot glue gun and glue sticks
floral wire
scissors
wire cutters
i added 7 sets of pipe cleaners to my yardstick. I cut off about 5 or 6 inches off of the end.
I cut my deco mesh at 22 inches. I cut 21 strips total. I did poofs down the center first. Then I did woodland ruffles down the center. Last I did woodland ruffles down each side of the yardstick.
