Is this the best Chicken Sandwich?

In this video, I’m firing up The Good Charcoal Company's 100% chemical-free lump charcoal on the Weber to make an incredible Grilled Chicken Caprese Sandwich! 🍗🔥

We start by making a roasted garlic balsamic aioli, then season the chicken with Killer Hogs TX Brisket Rub before searing it over hot coals and finishing it over indirect heat. Once the chicken reaches 160°F, we build the ultimate sandwich on a brioche bun with fresh mozzarella, tomato, basil, and a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

🔥 Aioli Ingredients:
• 1 whole head of garlic
• 1 tbsp olive oil
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• 1 tbsp Mike’s Hot Honey
• 1 tsp Malcolm’s Italian Stallion

This sandwich is packed with bold flavors, a smoky char, and a touch of heat from that Mike’s Hot Honey. You don’t want to miss this one!
