🧾 Ingredients – Dal Makhani
🔸 Main Lentils
Whole black urad dal (sabut urad) – 1 cup (soaked overnight)
Rajma (kidney beans) – ¼ cup (soaked overnight)

Water – as needed (4-5 cups approx)
Turmeric – ¼ tsp
Oil - 1 tbsp

Butter – 3 tbsp
Oil – 1 tbsp
Cumin seeds – 1 tsp

Tomatoes – 4 medium (pureed)

Garam masala – 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1 tsp
