Project Diablo 2 (PD2) S12 BETA:❄️Frozen Orb Sorceress Takes on the Pre and Post Nerf Tier 0 DClone!

We're diving into the Project Diablo 2 Season 12 Closed Beta! This exclusive access was our reward for hitting level 99 in Season 11, and it gives us an early look at some major changes coming next season. This video uses gear similiar to my end-of-Season 11 Frozen Orb Sorceress build—a dedicated setup that we'll be using to test the new content. While this gear might look incredible to newer players, it's a perfect benchmark for showing how end-game S11 gear handles the incoming S12 changes.

The main focus of this video is a direct, side-by-side comparison of the Tier 0 Diablo Clone (DClone) difficulty health changes. The old, pre-nerf T0 health felt punishing and comparable to T1 difficulty. You'll see this clearly in our first fight, which was a real struggle and lasted roughly 6 minutes and 30 seconds.

Next, we put the build against the new, post-nerf T0 health structure implemented in a patch for S12 Beta. The difference is night and day! With the reduced monster health, the second fight with the exact same gear lasted just over 3 minutes—cutting the clear time in half.

I believe this new health reduction for Tier 0 will make this introductory tier significantly more accessible for newer players or those running budget/mid-tier builds. Combined with the built-in forgiveness of multiple portals upon death, T0 DClone is now a much more realistic and rewarding goal for virtually everyone.
