We start off with rotational plyometrics and work our way into rotational box jumps, with 90º turns and 180º turns off one leg and two. Having good control in the air to rotate is very important and requires a lot of strength. It's equally important though that we are able to land properly after rotating. Then we get into upper body french contrast training and upper body contrast training. The goal here is to use french contrast training to build strength and power, since this method is an amazing approach to doing this. We hit some heavy strength moves, followed by some powerful, explosive movements. Hope you guys enjoy!
