The high-mileage Toyota GT86 rally build continues! After importing this 316,000km Japanese beast, it's time to see what we're really working with.

In this episode, we strap the GT86 to the dyno to reveal exactly how much power this well used FA20 is still producing. Then Dave and Luke take it out for its maiden voyage on UK roads - the first proper drive to see how it handles after all those kilometres.

But the real work begins back at the workshop where we get ruthless with the weight reduction. Every panel, every component, every gram gets scrutinised as we strip this car down to its bare essentials. The results? A staggering 136kg lighter!
