We did the MURPH CHALLENGE on Memorial Day weekend

Hey all. It's been a minute. My friend, Joon, and I decided to do the "Murph Challenge" today to kick off Memorial Day Weekend. This was a smoker and you'll see that I didn't even have an IBA or do all of the pull-ups. That's okay! Listen to your body and do what you can. As long as you continue to get after it. Even though it sucked, it was a good bonding experience and is it a humbling reminder. Wish you all a safe Memorial Day weekend with your family and friends.
