Heavy rains have caused havoc in Port St. Johns in the Eastern Cape. Roads and bridges have collapsed, while houses, shops and streets are underwater. And more rain is expected. Disaster management teams have been on the ground since yesterday helping residents, several of whom have been evacuated.
